This year Dennis and I will be ROWING to Block Island, in our new LEO COASTAL rowing boats. YIKES. New year, new challenges, new skills to be aquired before we step into the water by Montauk and point our vessels due east.
Funds raised will assist local children aquire skills for management of stress, conflict resolution, self-esteem and prevention of violence. AMAZING. These kids are learning skills that will carry with them through their lives. P4H is going beyond giving the man the proverbial fish and teaching him to FISH!
I look forward to meeting my own expectations as well as yours, and hope you will travel with me, at least, in spirit. BON VOYAGE to all as we paddle together and make a difference!
